My wife requires that I wear panties under my man shorts. Other than that she has me wear female lingerie for sex which is maybe at best twice a month. She lost interest in males for sex when she got a live in girlfriend many decades ago. Now it is just we two and she likes to imagine I am a female during sex. She sometimes, like next week for my birthday, has me wear a hood so I cannot see her and she cannot see me, just a body in a night gown and panties.

It is very harmonious. We are married 51+ years. We were in a poly triad with another woman for 30 of those years. All sex was fetish sex. Not into vanilla sex and never have been. We talk franky about our sexual needs and my wife is frank when she says she prefers sex with women but has always taken care of my needs either by sharing her girlfriends with me or engaging in my fetishes.

That's very lucky. Not many people can be completely honest and open about their fetishes and sexual needs even after years of relationship.

My wife has for years allocated me daily my panties, today bright yellow. She paints my toe nails girlie bright colours and i only ever wear female jeans, female shorts, bikini bottoms on holiday and sleep in silky female PJs every night.

Not sure if wearing women's panties is feminization or not. I voluntarily wear them every day and my wife approves. I started wearing them when she first pegged me as it seemed appropriate. Maybe being pegged and then dressed in women's clothing is the start of feminization. If you consider me to be feminized then I am ok with it. I think a component of it is being required to wear female clothing.
