I'm looking for something that can be worn for longer periods of time for punishments, and I came across this brand when searching for one for an online sub. We've got one of the cheaper ones from Amazon, and although it works well for playtime, I'd like him to have something he can wear while I'm away from the house. The one from Amazon is much too heavy, and is difficult to keep in place for any length of time. I'd like to swap out the teeth for his regular device in the morning when I leave, and let him swap back just before bed.

I've had the MCN type before, I'd think for long term wear (if possible) I'd suggest the milder version. Also i believe a ring would be advisable as well. I once saw on the internet a woman who claimed she kept her husband in one for a year. But lets not forget the internet is the internet. Some points to KTB in general and the MCN version in special:
- Yes, if everything works perfect you can wear the MCN KTB for a day or longer. BUT those devices are not made for long term wear and at some time you will certainly need a healing period.
-The MCN is the best or at least one of the best. The spiekes are really sharp, weill cut your skin a bit, but they will prevent you from getting erect inside the KTB quite well. With other deviced with latger, but less spikes that are less sharp that will not be the case. And thus those might lead to some more severe damage if you are unlucky. With the mcn version you will have take breaks to heal superficial skin damage, but apart from that you will be fine.
- Get the a rind for the KTB if you can.

The KTB that we have is simply a heavy bracelet, without a ball ring. It is heavy and, when in place, i the most devious and painful implement I've experienced. Any suggestion of an erection is painful, but such is also stimulus which, in turn, causes erection. With it's relatively heavy weight, It's a continuous cycle of stimulation, erection, pain, stimulation, pain, stimulation, and on and on. Yes the KTB from MCN is an excellent copy of the very original back in the early '90s.

This was pre the internet. Anyway when it became available again with MCN, I purchased one
I initially had a problem with the inner sleeve but the owner was great & sent out a replacement
Sleeve. In fact 2 the intense and the severe.
I did find the severe a bit too much a bit too Severe LOL!

Anyhow in terms of length of time I think the longest I had the intense on was for 4 days straight.

Type of lock integral or padlock? When I bought mine integral wasn’t available. Please see
my photos in my Gallery where I integrated a 2nd device an SGR (Spiked Glans Ring).
I am however seriously thinking of buying the newer & much improved KTB!
I would definitely say it’s a great tool to keep a sub in check/line!

Although not cheap think will be worth the investment.

I’ve tried the original one. I second what other people have said about how serious these things are - they aren’t “toys” in the normal sense. I’d also say that anything that calls itself a KTB that isn’t close in design to the original may be fun, but it a different thing altogether.

I would say don’t get the mild, but go for the intense or severe.

The reason for this is that I don’t think it’s realistic to wear it for more than a day or two - 3 or 4 at the absolute maximum no matter what you do.

These things damage the skin if you keep trying to get hard or play with them too much, so you should go for one that completely removes the temptation to test it.

The mild may not quite accomplish that, and the result would be more skin damage.

We have an MCN KTB. The one I got was the standard size, and it is a little difficult to get on without pinching or causing pain that prevents wear, altogether. But when we do get it on in a way that is wearable, it isn’t causing as much pain as I thought it might.
