We are doing Locktober this year for the first time and the longest lock up without relief is ten days.
Wife would like to know if milking an are “allowed”/recommended or not during Locktober.

i agree with Elfman that prostate milking is ok, but would add that it should be done by, or in the presence or, as expressly ordered by, your KH. Honestly, I think that’s something you should decide between yourselves. The most important factor is that you both enjoy the month.

Personally, I’d agree that you’re fully locked for the duration (not even out for cleaning of the cage allows) but if you really, really need it you can have a milking… you won’t need it. It’s whatever the keyholder decides. Last year for our first Locktober my wife wanted me caged the entire month. About 2/3rds of the way through she wanted me inside her so I was unlocked me for a bit (no orgasm for me of course). My wife wants to do the Locktober month. The belt stays on for the whole month at least with one exception. Sunday 9th oktober for the marathon in Eindhoven (NL) Just before the belt comes off and when we are back in the house the belt goes right on. I've looked at Locktober simply as staying locked daily for the entire month (with variations):
Semantically, it's that, in a vacuum. If single, it could mean you can ejaculate or have prostate orgasms all you want so long as the cage remains on at all times save for cleaning (or sleeping if caged sleeping isn't feasible).
Or if you work a job where cage wear is unsafe, etc. it'd mean being locked at every other moment possible daily.

NOvember, however... That's a different matter! I read it as no orgasms of any kind, not even milking/prostate release. But I can see variations on that too such as:
