Looker 2 with tetherspout

That’s what I have done too.
The edges of the retainers are too small in radius so the tissue receives more pressure.
I ordered my titanium retainers in the exact size as the modified original ones.
With steel retainers there still will be the problem of corrosion.

Yeah strange the retainer didnt seem to corrode at all during the 9 months it was in there, unlike the spout which was a bit scary. The spout now is much higher grade stainless so it wont corrode, but next time (it might be another 9 months) I take it out it would be pertinent to have them made from titanium, but I cant measure them while they are in me attached to the front of a cage.

I could ask if I could switch back to the titanium urethral insert which in reality is just as secure while i do measurements and stuff, just no physical barrier to pulling out other than she would know. But she hates it when I ask to do things like that, its been stipulated she wants the tether in, and that is that really.

But yes I saw you had done that earlier, just surprised at just how much a difference it makes because we are only talking fractional amounts.

I saw only a color change of the retainer, but this may be also due to the grinding and polishing afterwards.
Anyway it is now absolutely comfortable and escape proof.
The thread wall of the original spout is so thin that I tore it once nearly off when tightening the safety nut.
The bore of the titanium spout is a bit smaller, now I can tighten the nut fast, it only can be removed by the original tool, which is secured like the key.

Update its been in for 4 months now, while it would seem the retainer has crept forward a bit ie more of the spout comes out, its still completely comfortable and completely escape proof. I really dont know its there until its cleaning time and I poke soap and fingers into the steelheart. Longest in without opening is 3 weeks, cage cleaning has worked perfectly, no real need for removal at all.

When I do eventually remove it (I know it can stay in for at least 9 months) I may measure the retainer properly and have a titanium one made.

Anyways that search is over, its as perfect as it can get. The only way I can cheat is with my partners wand and its locked and only comes out if she wants to use it.

I am both curious and terrified by this idea. It seems like the perfect way to eliminate the pull-out problem that plague almost all cages. The fact it doesn't require a piercing with the associated healing, stretching and permanent changes is a huge plus point.

That said, I can't see how this thing actually works safely. You are basically poking a metal tube well into your urethra, following that with a metal flange of sorts and somehow manipulatimg them, inside the urethra, such that the flange slides over the tube.

The risks to me are :
Losing the tube inside the urethra. If that floss/string slips or breaks that tube is gone and you're on your way to A&E. It seems to me this is inevitably going to happen sooner or later so unless theres a way I don't know to retrieve lost bits it's pretty much a show-stopper.

Irritation. Surely the presency of a steel tube & ring inside the urethra causes irritation after a time?

Infection. Isn't there a considerable risk of infection from putting something into the urethra and leaving it there for an extended period? Just how far in does it go?

Getting it stuck. How on earth do you get it back out when you're free? Isn't there a risk of the retainer getting stuck to the tube?

I'm genuinely curious, true security without a belt or piercing is something I've been looking for for a very long time.

You’re speaking for me, too. Same concerns.

You’re speaking for me, too. Same concerns.

Wow that was 2 years ago I responded to that. Well 2 years later I am still using it, and none of the above mentioned concerns have reared their head.

But the most weird thing happened today, after 5 months of being in me I was cleaning in the shower and it popped out.

My partner does not live with me, and it picked a fine time to do it because she isnt coming over tonight, or really talking to me right now.

It has happened once before, I have noticed that over time the retainer creeps foreward allowing more of the spout to protrude, and eventually your body ejects it, this happens without any pain, but if you tried to pull it out yourself it would not be good, I am sure you could but it would be similar to tearing a PA out through the skin.

Anyways I was going to remove it at 6 months and check the retainer for corrossion, the spout coming from steelworx was perfect, but there are a few tiny pits on the retainer so its time to get a titanium one made.

Thankfully I messaged my partner and she sent me a code so I could put it back in and I took the measurments of the retainer so I can get a titanium one.

Crazy when I first put it in the thread of the spout barely protrudes, there is just enough to grab hold of stick a cotton bud in so you can screw it into the front of the cage. So I am back to wearing really tight briefs for support till it starts working its way forward again because the cock is hard up against the front of the cage now, when its about ready to pop out there is almost 10mm protruding. If it does this every 5 months its not really a big deal. This does address one of the concerns mentioned 2 years ago...Stuff you put up there your body naturally wants to eject it. I have never even nearly lost anything inside, the worst thing that happens when you are puting it in and your geting the retainer flat, the thread of the spout gets caught on the retainer and I have had a moment of panic thinking what if it jammed, but once u have it out again and you play with it you realise it cant ever actually happen.

I cleaned to corrossion spots, they are not enough to stop me wearing it while I get the other one made.

Given my current circumstances I must admit having unfettered access to the cock was slightly tempting to at least fuck with it but if she asked me I couldnt lie to her and then Id feel like more of a deadshit than I already do, so its time for a beer and not masturbate, find something to watch to take my mind off my predicament.

Thought I would give an update since its been 2 and a half years.

Yes I had titanium versions made.

I have lost track on how long the spout and retainer has been inside me now...but based on this post probably about a year and a half with no issues...until now....

My Partner decided she doesn't like the feel of the stainless steel cap I made for the spout for when we have sex, she can feel it. I refashioned it but she says she can still feel it....so after all this time she asked me to to remove it so she can have my cock natural. She says she has been putting up with it, which I admit was kind of annoying to me that she never told me...id rather have sex without it in me because I can feel it as well, its not bad...but id rather it natural as well. So stupid we both were keeping it in for each other, me because I thought she liked the lack of mess, for her she thought I liked it in there....go figure.

That said I am probably going to be up for more orgasm denial because she also does not like mess in her much.....oh well we will see how it goes.

I must admit I was a little anxious about removing it after so long...would it be stuck in there?...I wondered what the state of the metal would be.

Well it took about 15 seconds to remove, on inspection the titanium was flawless, a tiny insignificant bit of grime build up on the top of the spout so I decided to put it in the ultra sonic cleaner. But really...it could stay in there till I die.

My partner let me try the cock naturally for a bit of a session, so now it appears ill be removing it for sex each week..she says it feels a lot better. I wasnt allowed to cum in her so I had to lock back up.

I had it out for about 4 hours, and during that time my orifice closed up so that it was actually very hard to get back in, but its in now and locked secure. The spout went in with a bit of pushing but the retainer...was quite a bit more challenging but I think I have a strategy for next time.

I will be putting the spout and retainer straight back in after sex....it comes out so easily, I expect the sooner its put back in the better before things tighten up. Not sure what the mechanism is there, in the past smaller retainers were pushed out by my body. This one is simply too big, but the way I got this large one is is by put it in after expelling a smaller one, it went in very easy back then...that was over a year ago.

Hope this helps with anyone thinking about using the tether as a alternative to a PA, it is superior in so many ways, even after all this time I could remove it in 15 seconds and be ready for natural sex straight away....I had to fuck around putting it back in but that's a LOT less important than getting it out quickly lol

Ill update if anyone is interested on regular removal and replacement...assuming thats what happens in the future which is subject to may partners whim

Always fascinating to read your experiences.

OK....so it lasted for 3 weeks. It amazes me how FAST the orifice tightens after removal. The second time I found it so hard to reinsert even the spout! I very nearly gave up. Once again it takes seconds to get out, no pain it just pops out.

The third time I inserted a stainless dilator that goes up in diameter in sections straight after removal and I was surprised how far it went in.

Then when it was time put the tether back in I put the dilator in first and was very surprised that with some discomfort I was barely able to get it where it had been just a few hours before.

That said using the dilator made it very simple to put the spout back in, and the retainer also went in without much incident I did do something not sure what tho that resulted in a bit of blood but it didn't hurt much, for good measure I put a bit of antiseptic cream on things.

LOL but to cut a long story short my partner wanted to try the old plastic soft cap, which she says she can still feel but she likes that it limits the mess....so I am not sure if the days of removal are now over lol.

I still prefer to have sex without the spout in, like her i can feel it....but its not up to me, ill let her decide.
