I purchased a Exobelt Extreme from Jenny and it was not comfortable, the posts rubbed against my scrotum, even drew blood. Jenny suggested that she move the pins out by 1/4 inch. I sent it back and just got the modified version back in the mail. This is a HUGE improvement for me, it is much more comfortable and fits much better. I have only worn it for a few hours so far but except for an occasional pinch of the skin by the spacers, is very comfortable. I am not sure about security as it seems like I could pull out (but not get back in without key). Will post a photo when I get a chance.
