My experience after almost 1 month without release

This was without chastity, just no orgasm allowed.

First week I was incredibly horny. Week 2 I was still horny but I was feeling less and less horny by the day. By week 3 I was no longer horny at all. I noticed some pain a few inches above the penis, I assume this is where the prostate hurts. Also waking up more often than I usually do because of it.

Week 4 I noticed that I had problems even getting hard when I wanted and called it quits. I had no nocturnal discharges during this time. Now after several orgasms (first with a half erection as it wasn't working properly) I am back to normal.

Has anyone experienced this? No more libido and prostate pain after a while of no release? Is long term denial safe or is an occasional milking/ ruined orgasm necessary for good health?

After 17 months of continuous chastity, I couldn't get an erection whilst moving into a smaller cage. Very disappointing!
I don't get milked and orgasms are forbidden, but occasionally I express semen when urinating.
Good hygiene is necessary to avoid urinary infections, etc, otherwise there doesn't seem to be any risk with semen retention during long-term chastity lockups.

It's been over a year since I had an orgasm or ejaculation, and when uncaged I get rock hard.

Lol, yall make me feel bad. My wife is so good to me. I get let out for ruined BJs all the time. Full orgasms are a lot less common though.

Don't be afraid to ease into it a little more and never ignore pain and pinching just be safe and pay attention to your body. You should know those parts better than anyone.

Yea full erections take a while to come back. No problem
Good to know that part was normal. But it kind of takes the fun out of it if I'm not horny at all. I find it a lot more frustrating if I have a ruined orgasm once or twice a week. Always getting hard and dripping.

I assume the pain in the prostate was due to the pressure. Again, I had no nocturnal discharges. I personally don't think it's safe to just ignore the pain and not release.

I can't keep my hands off my cock, so if I unlock myself for more than an hour, I'll be back to my old jerking off habit (several to a dozen times daily). I have to lock myself back up immediately after my routine weekly cleaning. After 41 days without release, there's no pain but I'm going crazy! I just wanna cum... BADLY!

I told myself there will be no release until after May 1st, as I'm trying to raise the bar on my lockup times. This is super tough but I love being horny and frustrated all the time, so I'll keep going. :D

It’s a total myth that ejaculation is necessary for health. The modern flip side of the Victorian notion that masturbation makes you go blind.
Now where did I leave my spectacles…?

Obviously ejaculation is necessary at least once a month, Chastity is incredible but it is advisable to take a break for at least one day, permanent Chastity is harmful. From having difficulties achieving an erection to orgasm. It must be taken into account that health and safety comes first

You are wrong friend, ejaculation is necessary even if it is ruined or prostate massage, prostate cancer does not wait, you have to remember that safety and health always come first

You leak or absorb enough that orgasms aren't medically necessary. We're going average longer times between them. That said it's not something I want to ever give up. Maybe once a month or 45 days is current goal we're working towards.
