Well you did make an awfully big fuss about a throwaway remark so I’d hardly blame them!

 

Why come to a male chastity forum and the very first ( and only ) thing you proclaim is your gender isn't natural. Why do this if it isn't attention seeking behavior?
Please explain your motive. Obviously there's members here confused by OP.

I think you may have misunderstood. She came to a male chastity forum and plainly says at first that she is new, and then mentions she is trans…just in case someone mistook her for a natural born female. Which would cause unbearable harm to some males.

I don’t believe she mentioned anything being unnatural, just that she was trans, new here, and wanted to learn and read as much as she could on this site. Almost like an introduction.

 

Well you yourself contrast trans with “natural born” so I don’t think @remuff is saying anything different from you. And isn’t his point that there was a puzzling absence of reference to chastity?

 

I think the issue of where any discussion of gender fluidity might intersect with that of male Chastity and female supremacy is an interesting and complex one. I suspect it might be fairly polarising and that’s ok, provided people are free to express their views without censorship - including the censorship which arises from the modern notion that no one is allowed to say anything that might make someone else offended. It’s not my responsibility if someone gets offended by what I say, we ought to be robust enough to tolerate the existence of contrary perspectives.

 

People are free to do what they like, that doesn’t mean people won’t call people out for being rude. I can tell children that I see that there is no Santa. I have every right to do so. It would be rude and unkind to so, and I would probably have to deal with the consequences.

So, be rude, and believe it or not you will be called out as being rude. Expressing views isn’t always appropriate, it’s not censorship.

 

Are you seriously worried about perfect grammar in a forum? You and that other fella are two peas in a pod, maybe you two could be cage buddies. Lots of high fives and chest bumps.

 

I’m not worried about grammar per se, but I do like to understand what people are saying. And in that case it wasn’t clear. Now I understand what you meant, I disagree. It DID bother the guy you were arguing with, that’s why he said what he did. Just because someone chooses to express themselves in a facetious way it doesn’t mean there isn’t a serious point behind it.

Your example is unfortunate because it’s about protecting children, and trans people are not children who need protecting. All the trans people I know are strong and pretty much able to fight their own battles. And in this case the OP didn’t show any sign of being offended, the porn addict just jumped in with a patronising assumption.
The current debate about gender, identity and language affects everybody, not just people who identify as trans. People shouldn’t feel inhibited from expressing their personal views and feelings.

Yes we disagree on this issue. Can we agree that an introduction thread isn’t the appropriate place for snide comments or to intentionally instigate? Who knows, maybe just pass on by and wait for an actual topic to discuss.

 

Well I would jump at the chance to discuss issues of gender identity provided people could lighten up a bit and not reach for the heavy artillery all the time.
Oh btw @JaySaysYes and I are very different. He despises my religious beliefs and I think he’s a crude positivist. But we don’t cry about it.

 

No one needs protection, it’s a matter of manners. Why be mean on purpose when someone is saying hello. It’s perfectly acceptable to not say anything instead.

 

Well… the first point is, I wasn’t rude. I didn’t say anything, in fact, until the porn guy spat his dummy. And @JaySaysYes wasn’t mean or rude either. He made one of his impish remarks, which the porn guy chose to inflate into a drama.
