i am sorry Mistress Michelle,
but i am not in the US, i dont know what A&D is,
or whats in it, so i can look for somthing alike.

I'm in a steel belt, on the waist part, tube etc I use White Vaseline, I'm uncut so a big blob of baby barrier cream or sudocream on the cock stops any rash or irritation of any type....

1. Sand down the ridge that is probably present on the ring.
2. A&D ointment is also known as Diaper rash cream.
3. Good luck finding a Sabra for a key holder.

If you can't find A&D, use any lanoline rich ointment. Using things like neosporin can irritate the skin. Antibiotics are actually rough on it.

I'm in a Chastity Steel and have found that a U shaped path of A&D under and alkong side the sack helps with rubbing and pinching. Then I use corn starch based baby powder in the tube. Slippery and it keeps everything drier.

I had all these problems with the CB3000. Since I switched to the CB6000 I no longer have any chaffing issues. There is no hinge on the ring therfore no irritation. I am locked since November 2 2008 with no issues at all.
I used to use baby oil inside the tube and Sudacrem or nappy rash cream on the ball sack but I found it built up and was difficult to keep fresh.

good luck,

dubsub.

thanks to all that answerd ( and sorry for the English )

i am in Israel, there for all the names of the prodacts you mentioned here
are unfamiliar to me.

the news are...

the problem with the hing i solved, completly.
inside the cage where the little thing is i never had a problem.

the problem was with the ring around my balls.
that ring coused irritation and soreness all the time.

for few day now i used some kind of baby cream, the kind
you put on baby ass under the diappers. ( how so so humiliating )
and i think it improved.
so i keep on trying.
right now i wear the cb3000 for 24 hours,i took it
of for 3 minutes in order to switch to smaller ring.
and i think there is an improvment.
but no 100% cure yet.

thanks again to all those that answered here and helped

and if someone have another good advice, please share it.

I'd suggest a particular product but I haven't been to Israel in years, and it's not the type of question I can really ask my family without raising some eyebrows (my kids are all out of diapers now)

Well I had some issues with that as well. Did the ointments, lubes, bag balm etc. What worked best for me was a good medicated powder to keep the area dry. My balls were rubbing against my thighs and the powder not only reduced the friction but helped the healing as well. Ointments only made it hot and greasy. Also the right panties make a big difference. The tight cute ones are good to entice your boyfriend to lay you, but for everyday use, high cuts or boy shorts work best. For me anyway.

thanks imkink4u

i thought about it, useing somthnig more like talk.
a powder to dry things,
and i might try it, just right now the baby cream
seems to work
so i will keep on try with it,
i have been with the cb3000 for more then 48 hours now,
took it of only for 3 minutes in the shower to clean everything.
now it start to iritate, so took it of for some hours.
thats the news, oh, and i do wear boxers, shorts, as you corectly sugested.

thanks again

As others have said, diaper rash cream. It retains moisture in the skin, prevents skin breakdown (and thus prevents irritation and infection), and inhibits bacterial growth.

If there's already irritation, consider laying off chastity for a couple of days until it goes away, then every day or so apply the diaper rash cream anywhere where the penis/balls are in a closed space.

Zinc oxide for the win. =)
