So, I've been experimenting with chastity on myself for a few months and I just noticed another confusing pattern... Lemme describe:

I have 3 different cock cages. I have a CB-6000S, a Vice Mini V2 which both allow some expansion in the cage, and a Keyholder's Prize which doesn't allow any expansion at all. When I wear either the CB-6000S or the Vice, I can get a partial erection and it can get uncomfortable while aroused, even slightly painful while most aroused & excited. I understand that's to be expected when aroused while locked up. But, when I get aroused in my Keyholder's Prize cage, I can't expand at all and it doesn't get uncomfortable, even when totally aroused and excited.

Why is it that partial erections are uncomfortable when confined VS no discomfort when any erection isn't allowed due to physical confinement?
 
I think when you cant get any kind of erection it does not feel any different. its just caged.
but I do love if I can get a little growth and then feel the cage stop it from full is discomfort but exciting to feel it struggle too.
I think the discomfort is the best part of being in its cage

Usually, my experience here, cages that don’t allow for any expansion generally are more comfortable. Also, if I were you, if you’re wearing longer term, ditch that CB-6000… it can and eventually will crack and give you a massively painful pinch.

What do you mean it’ll crack?
 
the knock off cb6000 will. I had 2 that cracked but so far 1 year and a original on has been good for me
maybe I just got lucky with a good one

I didn’t buy a knock-off, I bought the real deal. I don’t deal with knock-offs because it’s like counterfeiting goods.

Mine wasn’t a knock off either, but that’s been a few years ago, so maybe they’re better now.

But couple that one bad experience of getting pinched, plus the hygiene issues you have with any/all plastic cages, was enough to push me to custom metal and never look back.

I agree. It is useful to have some discomfort associated with an erection attempt. I feel better controlled. Any attempt to achieve orgasm in the cage is punished and prevented. Any erotic thoughts that lead to an erection must be suppressed and an erection attempt cannot be enjoyed; it needs to be avoided. All this increases the frustration level with no way to relieve it. That, in turn, makes me a better and more attentive husband. In that state, I badly want the key but, at the same time, I want to know there is no way I can get it unless she wants to give it to me.

I’ll add in a little more about the discomfort… even in my GA2 which I pretty much wear exclusively and continuously, a full n erection is definitely uncomfortable, and if it’s a really bad (good) one maybe from the wife teasing, there’s a little more than discomfort where the PA is, just from the head straining against the metal. It’s not harmful but definitely lets you know what you can’t have. I don’t miss the hard tug on the balls in a state like that from a ball trap device, but mine always fit well enough that it wasn’t an issue. Part of the experience IMO, and helps to train your brain to focus less on your dick and more on her.
 
This thread just reminds me of how much we need a dedicated space to slam any CB cages we’ve had…
How people still buy them is beyond me.

Smashed mine off whilst play fighting with my wife. The ring completely cracked in half where the holes were drilled. Snapped back in place in an attempted castration.
Never again.

Smashed it off whilst play fighting. She just laid on top of me and had me pressed to the ground… my body weight on the ring destroyed it.
I’m not even heavy, I have to consciously try to gain weight to stay healthy.
 
Play-fighting while locked up? That’s a new one to me… But I guess that reinforces my point of why I don’t wear my cage at work, because I’m often running around, literally, doing heavy lifting and setting large displays and it doesn’t always go well.

Dude, I easily cover 10 miles a day at work. I go to the gym in my cage. I play football in my cage. I wrestle with my wife in my cage….
My cage is not a CB variant. That’s what makes this possible :p

But you get the gist. I’m not yanking your chain. I have literally worn my cage without removal for over a month now without removal. I’m an active guy.
 
I wear a stainless cage and my job is bending over moving all day at our shop. Never been a problem. The right cage you barely know it's there after awhile. I'm on day 13 without removing it for any reason.

I have a stainless steel Keyholder’s prize cage and it’s very comfortable except I have to remove the cage shaft in order to pee, otherwise the urine steam is blocked. Do you have any recommendations?
 
I'll look for the link to mine it's on a few sites and fairly common. I got lucky its about perfect for me for not a huge amount of money.
