Have a 1” long, 1” diameter Spiked PA Lori’s. Tremendously effective. Only con is the pain with naughty thoughts. And that’s not really a ‘con’, is it?
My concern is a flaccid length of 1 1/4" but often I can retract almost flush.
Trying to figure out how piercing and tube might pull or stress things.
Is it practical with 1 1/4" flaccid length to go with piercings and cage with short length. Including that at times I can go flush to abdomen?

The cage I described is tight enough that when you turtle, it withdraws with you. I suspect that the PA Barb and the internal spikes help to maintain its grip, and if you should voluntarily extend and attempt to erect, there are consequences.
These days real erection is not a big problem. Meds pretty much have that near impossible. Thanks, probably would skip the spikes in our case.
I'm just over an inch flaccid, and have worn an Evotion Bijou, anchored by a frenum piercing for over 4 years. (see pics) Everyone is different-to the point that it's almost impossible to predict what any individual will prefer. Don't rule out a piercing-based, shaft-only device for very short cocks. Works for me.
I would think a PA piercing is ideal as you can go with a short sheath cage and get rid of all the extraneous parts that are likely to be an issue with a short phallus that turtles.
