Those fantasies work for some people, I guess. Some of us still like sex, though. So the main benefit (for us) from the acceptance of chastity is that I never ever bother my wife for sex any more, and she always hated me pressuring her. So she's happy. And sometimes I have to swallow my frustration, but even that is getting easier as I learn to enjoy her happiness.
