Reducing distance from Ring to Cage Gap ?

Hi,
Does anyone have the contender model and try to reduce distance from Ring to Cage Gap from 3/8" to 1/4" ?
It's seems it's usually 3/8", but with my chinese model, my testies are sliding out of the cage sometimes.
Maybe reducing Base Ring inner diameter will be sufficient to avoid this ?

If anyone have already experienced this problem, have you tried to solved this by reducing this distance or only the diameter of the Base Ring?

If your balls are slipping out its cuz your ring is too big. That gap you speak of for myself is where the penis will escape the cage.
