The best I have is my custom 3D printed iron maiden, pics are in my gallery, and the worst I ever had was a metal device i got from eBay, the cage and ring were both hinged And fitted together really badly and it was totally unwearable! It would pinch with every moment! I don’t have any pics of it though.
Best…My-Steel Ergo Slim full belt. Worst was the Bon4…what a piece of shit.

I also have the same Steelworxx locker 02, but mine with removable plug. I couldn't wear mine with plug. Maybe your experience would push me to try again. I also couldn't wear Holy trainer.
My favourite cage as of now is Cellmate II. I love the concept of electronically-controlled devices, my wife also prefers this. Pic of me, taken instantly is below.
The worst were chinese metal cages, I couldn even put them on.

Restroom? No problem! A lot better, than in Steelworkxx Looker! In custom made Custom Chastity cage I could peeing staying. In any other device I have to sit. When sitting, Cellmate is very comfortable device, no any mess around.

i like the plug and it makes it very hard to get out of. i dont notis the plug in the daily life only in the moring but this csn be that the cage is a littel to big, it takes some time getting used to start slow and bild up time

I made them myself. Like them both, the more open one allows more access for teasing the other prevents any glans stimulation. Both are extremely comfortable and secured by apraydavya piercing.
Had it done long before starting chastity play....just took advantage of having it already.
