Sizing Issue?

Hello everyone!

I am currently experimenting with a Jail Bird chastity device from Mature Metal to try to get the right size so my wife and I can enjoy chastity play.

The device fits pretty comfortably when I am flaccid, but when I become very excited, I feel a varying amount of testicular discomfort which I can also feel in my abdomen. I also notice that my testicles are spread apart and facing my hips more than usual. I notice that I have a bulge above the device where the 'hidden' part of my penis is getting hard and (I infer) is pushing the ring down. There is also a burning sensation on the back of my scrotum despite using petroleum jelly to reduce friction. I have only been able to last 9 hours.

What are your thoughts on this? It doesn't seem right to be so uncomfortable in a custom fit cage, but I'm having a hard time pinpointing wherein lies the issue.

I was going to suggest getting an oval and increasing the gap... but I dunno... I would definitely contact them with your order number etc... I have a pretty detailed experience listed on the forum with Mature Metal, they are top of the line & the best customer service. Don't be afraid to call, it can be awkward but this is their life. They treat their customers great and have seen more issues than 99% of the population here.

Thank you both. I did reach out to MM and I have been advised to do a check on my A ring size (the old knuckle test) as well as consider going a size up in the gap. I felt no embarrassment in reaching out to them. I agree that they are A 1 when it comes to quality products and service.

It is my intention to update my experience here after the adjustments. I was curious as to whether other folks had similar issues starting out. If they do, hopefully this thread will help them.

I think it is not uncommon to have to tweak adjustments on new cage. The write ups and their website speak of this.

I am on the eve of ordering from MM in process of multiple measurements checks. Then my lady decides jailbird or queens keep.

I hope to minimize adjustments but will find out how I do. Only concern is will their minimum 1.25 length be correct for me. Will be calling today about that.

May be sending a cage to them to compare lengths.

Thank you! I think it will be much more comfortable after tweaking it. I actually already had it adjusted once to get a new base ring, bigger gap, and decrease the length. I tried very hard to get it right but it's a bit tricky. I'm currently using a 1 3/4 inch length and that fits great. No splashing when peeing, just barely touches the edge when flaccid. The biggest measurement to seriously get right is the cage diameter. That's not really adjustable. I hope your measurements are accurate and you enjoy your new device. Thanks again! I'll reply on this thread to let you all know how things worked out! So excited!

Also, I had been told that after a 1 inch cage it could never be adjusted. Hoping things work out for you!

Yes I spoke with them today and found out if you go to minimum 1" cage there is no changes available one time shot. Diameter is also fixed.

Gave my Wife the update today. Speaking with them I am going to send my cage of shame in as a pattern to compare to. Hopefully getting best results.
