Circumsized?

The ad says "hypoallergic". That implies, I guess, no nickel, they say. Metal nickel is known to cause all kinds of nasty reactions to skin. The bad part is that once you get reaction to nickel, you are sensitized ("Once you develop a nickel allergy, however, you'll always be sensitive to the metal and need to avoid contact" -- mayoclinic.org)

Is the sore in a place that is in contact with the cage?

Taking a second look at the ad, there is a welded area where the rings meet. Is it possible that there could be accumulation of dirt or some such?

If I were in your cag... shoes, and if I found the cage to be otherwise a perfect fit, I would consider gold plating it to eliminate the possibility of having a reaction to the metal.

I'm not a medical expert so take my words with a pinch of salt.

Yes I am circumcised and the sore is on in contact with the cage on the bottom either its just outside the back part or where the 3 bars meet
The sore is always in the same spot and no problems elsewhere had the same problem in the same spot with a resin cage in the past

I have developed a sore spot underneath, below the glans about midpoint from the base. I figured out that my flaccid skin accumulates just before the tube entry and rubs against it.

So I take extra care to push all the skin inside before locking. I need to periodically adjust the fit to prevent reoccurrence.
