Tadalafil making chastity almost impossible to endure.

I was prescribed a low dose of Tadalafil to help with a few ED issues because my wife still likes to use HER dick for pleasure sometimes. It's so beyond what I have experienced before when locked up. I can barely stand it. I got into chastity later in life and always imagined what it would have been like when I was younger and if this is it, I don't know how younger guys do it. I'm so super sensitive and horny ALL the time now. I'm thinking of asking for release but it took a while for me to get my wife into being a keyholder so I don't want to ruin that.

Do you also take HRT? (testosterone). In any case, the low dose Cialis does a good job of getting you hard and does make morning wood interesting, but doesn't really make you more horny. So if you're finding yourself super horny, I'd be surprised it's cialis related.

Even a one off 20mg dose doesn't make me crazy horny or constantly erect, it just makes me get a bit harder quicker.
 
horniness is in the eye of the beholder, IMHO. i'm sorta always stimulated somehow due to my genetics thing and it's basically a Good Idea to keep me locked so i can participate and have fun while participating in polite conversation, social and intimate interactions. that stimulates my brain and my brain stimulates my clitty, so it's better for all involved if i remain locked in my micro chastity.

I take the low dose as well, but I have started only taking if my queen requests when locked. You can take 20/25 mg if you know the wife will be wanting to use her property and it is very effective.

full disclosure, my Queen actually wants me to take it mosttimes as she enjoys seeing me have tight discomfort from arousal from her teasing.

My most favorite part of taking it is that when I wake in the morning, and will press my erection against her back to wake her. After she wakes, I then eat her out. We've been doing this almost every day for a while now. Absolutely the best part of cialis

Me too i take the low dose, same experiences
 
I also prefer Cialis to viagra as there seems to be less side effects, but then in order to suppress my morning erections I also take a low dose of cyproterone acetate when erections start becoming painful. I like the feeling of a firm morning but when it hurts it sucks, so I just take enough to keep a pleasant balance.

I get super horny from being locked up. But the Tadalafil makes me a lot more sensitive and as people mentioned the morning wood is a bit overwhelming when locked.
 
I don't know the specific dynamics in your relationship with regards to requesting releases being against any rules or the degree of FLR, but it's probably worth a simple conversation regarding how the new medication regimen has moved the needle on your needs vs time ratio. So now the difficulty, frustration, struggle builds at x rate compared to before, so your keyholder may want to take that into account when she makes related decisions. Likewise, if you go off the meds, that may also warrant adjustments.
 
I’ve been on the 5mg daily for quite a few years now, but wearing the cage all the time has taught my penis that erections will be quelled, so it really isn’t an issue. Maybe twice a week the morning wood will wake me up and it gets more uncomfortable, I have noticed due to the variation in generic meds, sometimes I’ll get one that really hurts. Then I’ll skip a dose a couple times a week. But I love knowing whenever she wants to use or tease her property, he’s always ready to stand at proper attention.

I totally understand, im 57 and im prescribed a background dose of just 5mg, not "on demand" which is what most people think its for, i find night time sleeping erections are crazy and very very painful, its trying to force the cage open, im often bruised in the morning, but i have to say at least i get hard when she needs it, stick with it buddy
