Hi all,

This afternoon I received my first Tether Spout, I was super excited and decided to install the spout immediately. After about 45 minutes I finally got the spout secured in my urethra. Getting the ring over the rod took me quite some time, but I think I figured it out now.

The spout is super secure. I tried pulling on it a few times and it really won't come out. I chose a random size for the spout and ring, since I don't really have the right equipment to measure my urethra. I think I guessed pretty well, after warming up and stretching my urethra the spout went in quite easily and I can't just pull the spout out.

The only downside is that the rod is way too long! It sticks about 1.3 Centimeters out of my urethra. It should be equal/ slightly longer than the tip of my cage. I just don't really know how to shorten the rod and get a smooth polish on it. I'm not very good with DIY things :p

I've been wearing it for a few hours now and so far it's not too bad. It just gets a little sore when I try to get hard, but it's not too bad yet. I guess I need to give myself some time to get used to having a rod up my urethra for longer periods.

My goal is to able wear it for multiple weeks straight and have a 100% secure chastity cage. :lock:

Does anyone else have experience with Tether Spouts?
  • How was your first time experience?
  • Do you have to give your body some time to get used to it?
  • Does the soreness go away?

Here are some pictures. I wear the Kink3d Cobra cage (The baby variant).

As you can see the rod is way too long. I'm not sure yet how I'm gonna secure the spout. This padlock could work, but it gets stuck on my clothing because the rod is too long. A unique number seal would be better, but I think I could pull those plastic seals through the front of my cage.

I believe there is a board member "Zorglub" who may manufacture custom tether spouts. The original vendor seems to be depleting his inventory.

If you measure everything carefully including the amount you want removed and the location of the hole for a lock, it would be a quick and inexpensive job for a machinist to modify. I must tell you, these spouts are something that I’ve wanted to try, congrats for helping me to decide

Do yourself a favor QUIT using it. Then go to https://tetherproducts.com/Pages/TopTier/home.html

and by a measuring sound, the $40 bucks will definitely be cheaper than a medical issue cause by you obviously mis-sized spout. Then buy the correct size items. Their prices seem completely reasonable.

That my opinion anyways. No I haven’t used a tether spout (I’ve had a PA for over 30 years. I do have substantial experience with sounds and princes wands. Damaging your urethra is to be avoided.

The spout itself is the right size. It's just the overall length that's wrong. This tether spout isn't made for chastity, but just normal urethra play.

The tetherproducts.com web site is not great looking and I have no idea if they are still in operation. Also I've heard the products tetherproducts make are not made out of the right surgical steel. Peoplr have noticed tiny corrosion spots upon taking the tether spout out.

Wow you are very pretty.

My tether has been in me for about 6 months without removal, while mistress has let me out for vacation etc, the tether stays in. For the last month I have been in a modified steelheart 2 24/7 after switching from a looker 2. We have sex with a little black cap over the top and the tether stays in....tho sex feels wonderful and so does the ending, it throbs after because the mess has no where to go.

Mine is from the tetherspout website, its no so much the stainless is bad the machining on the inside of the spout is a bit rough. But yeah his website is a bit bleah he has not changed it since I found it years ago. I used some wet and dry, a split pin into a drill with the wet and dry wrapped around the split pin the smooth the inside down...it stays a lot cleaner that way.

The only problem I have had is of my own making. You cant fuck with the cage too much, if you pull too much on the cage the head of the cock will swell up...then for one thing its really hard to get out...though I just leave the cage of for 24-36 hours and it goes back down without removal. the other time that happened was during sex and mistress moved weird and it pushed the spout in crooked which instantly killed the erection and hurt like fuck.

Not had any infection issues at all. The steelheart 2 fits like a glove and removal is impossible. The only way to cheat is with my partners palm power...which is locked away with my key. anyways my tether pics with the looker 2 and steelheart are in my album. The Steelheart is super easy to keep clean which was a real worry for me at first but using a attachment for the shower which is actually a enema attachment...it shoots out a jet of water which can be directed into the cage and keeps everything clean.

In answer to your question.

It takes some getting use to it. It took a lot of patience to get it right, one of the reasons I dont take it out is because its hard to get back in and it always hurts for a while (not much but its sore) after insertion and usually swells a bit such that it pulls the retainer deeper.

The soreness does go away and as I sit here I honestly can not feel it at all. Or my cage, or whats inside when I touch it.

Hope that helps

Where did you get your items from? I bought some from tetherspout over a year ago but I estimated the wrong length. It was too short so just slips out with any kind of force. I’d like to try this length one.

anybody aware of any alternative reasonably prices sources of tetherspouts since the creator looks like they are no longer manufacturing any new ones?

Has anyone seen a non-ball trap device with a tether spout? I have massive issues with the ring on my devices when riding bikes. I'd love to get something inescapable, shaft only, no piercing. (Likely a dream for most of us)

This feels like a easy 3D print.. I have a 20mm and 24mm tetherspout on order right now. If I ever find myself unlocked again, i'll maybe explore doing this myself..

I also had the problems with the bikes with my old cages.
You mean bicycles or motorcycles?

After I put on the smallest I have got i didnt feel anything. No cage, no itching no nothing. Just a slightly pressure on my balls while cycling, which felt great.

I use the tether spout with the peni-cap. I take it out every night and put back in each morning, takes about 20 seconds. I can't wear the cage 24/7 because it makes my shaft soar but the spout is no problem. Starting was weeks long, first day was in and right back out, 2nd was one hour, ect but my body got accustomed to it. I had to sand down the retainer and flared end of the spout to be able to get it in, and I use the threaded spout with a nut.

WIth this system I can't see any advantage to a PA.
