I read about this somewhere, this is similar to those people who are very extreme and use breath play during orgasm. Thanks for the replies. I'm in the camp of thinking it's a CPAP machine. However, from my understanding a CPAP is the opposite of restricting air-flow (CPAP = Continuous Positive Air Pressure).
