Just saying hello and wanting to add my two cents here. The chastity in itself will definitely cause you to be extremely horny for a while, that is the point. However I urge extreme caution to this last comment. This is what us BDSMrs call topping from the bottom. I did this I think and it is had irreversible damages thus far. If she is asking for this input awesome, but, make sure you are submitting to her will not yours or it will get old fast for her. ok. lets try. but as far as i remember, i had to use this size because the thing wasnt staying in place with a larger one, i constantly had to set it back in place by pulling the testicles...and i had sometimes one of my balls that had escaped after sleeping!

It's a very tricky thing to find a ring size that isn't too big, but also won't turn your balls blue or purple (blurple?). I never found the right degree of comfort, so my Mistress and I have since tied a rope to either side of the largest base ring; we use that and then tie the rope behind my back to hold the ring tight and flush against my body. This way I get maximum tightness without any danger of constriction to my balls. Of course, the downside is that I can untie the rope if I wanted and I can't shower with it, since rope isn't shower-friendly. But even if I untied the rope, I can't pull myself out of the device, so it works to that extent.

That said, Mistress allows me out for sleeping and showering, but I'm always in otherwise. When we're together, she makes me sleep in fist mitts and we shower together, so I'm never left unsupervised or unrestrained while unlocked.
 
i found that i had to reduce spacer size to make it impossible for my testicles to slip out. for me it had nothing to do with the ring. the ring must be snug, but not too tight. once the space between the ring and the tube is small enough it's impossible for a testicle to slip out.
 
i switched to a larger ring, its much more comfortable, even if it woke me at 5am, but the pain got quickly resorbed by stand up a little and going to pee. i guess it will be trial after trial until i find a good combination. maybe its even necessary to change after some time, dicks are not bones, they always change in lenght and thickness, same for balls.

i used to set up a smaller ring to "fix" the cb at the basis of the penis : i had to pull on y testicles to keep it firm there..not at the moment. lets hope it stays like this...
 
i to had the same problem as you, and found it more comtafble to have to repostion by pulling the testicles rather than turning them blue, could you try the smaller ring you mentioned and use the next spacer up? thus increasing the space between cage and scotum? hope this helps.
 
i have to say we've been stopping with the CB since a few weeks. my gf feared that it could make me sterile, by pulling so hard on the testicles. and the pain at night was too hard to sustain, i could not sleep more than 2 hours in a row. once i noticed that my penis was like "dead" : the pressure on the cage impeached the blood to irrigate it, and it had got insensitive...i'm sad to say it, but i dont think its healthy to wear this device. its sad because it remains a strong fantasy, id like to be kept in cage again...
