Dear all,

After almost 2 years of permanent chastity I recently developed Peyronie's desease. My lock ups were usually 10 to 20 days with some short clean up moments once a week. When I got a release I usually directly got back in cage. A few times in this 2 year period I was a few days off. However I discovered while feeling my flaccid penis hard tissue inside my penis were the cage is located. also the shape of my penis when hard is different. The place where the cage use to be doesn't fully enlarge anymore. I went to the doctor and he confirmed it is the Peyronie's desease. I am 40 years old and he said it is a bit unusual to have this at this age. Most cases of this desease is in the 50ties or 60ties.

Keep this in mind with the chastity if you would like to risk this.

Are there other guys here who experienced the same problem?

No sorry and have been locked almost constantly (had some long breaks) for more than 15 years.

It is not necessarily that chastity caused this, but I can understand your logic.

The cage I used is a not so well known 3d printed espresso s3x. The shape of it was that it was getting a bit more narrow at the entrance. For the rest it was by far the est cage I tried. My problems I also have at the samw location the entrance of the cage is located when I had erection in the cage.

A cage will change the shape of an erect penis if owrn long enough, though the change is temporary. If you've developed scar tissue, this may be a result of a severely ill-fitted cage, which this fandom frequently encourages.

Good luck

further:
Since I've enlarged my cages to reduce edema and fit problems (they are all custom), I've actually had no change in erectile tissue shape/size, regardless of how long it's been locked on. this only further highlights the importance of a properly fitted cage.

I'm in the medical field but not a urologist. I come across this periodically in my practice. It's believed that peyroniea disease develops after repeated injuries to the penis. Most men can't recall a specific injury before the changes occur. It can occur from sex over time but the point is, it's probably small unrecognized injuries that occur over time leading to scar tissue formation. I've also read there may be a genetic component to this. Possibly connective tissue disease. I can't say for sure, but an ill fitting chastity cage worn for long periods of time with repeated constrained erections while in chastity could possibly contribute to peyronies.

I share your theory.
But one can use this knowledge for bodymodification maybe.
I would like to have a bent - downward - penis, when hard.
I think this could work if the cage was long anough and bent in the direction I want it to be bent. Any ideas how to bring it to this form?

I don't necessarily agree. I have been locked for2+ years back in November I removed the cage. Underwent cardiac bypass surgery and intend to put the cage back on when fully recovered. Since surgery I have repeated super hard erections and now I am an inch to an inch and a half shorter. There is a bend that is severe like a banana and it points straight up against my pubic area, not OUT t like it has all my life. not sure what I will do about it as I have not had PIV with my wife in over 8 years, and my never again. The short answer is "I don't know what I will do about it"
