How did you cum? Was it fast? Did you have sex? Anything?
 
After you cum or AO (AO=After Orgasm), it is important that you continue to behave and act like you did not cum I.e. BO (BO=Before Orgasm).

You might not feel like it, but you must force yourself to be in a BO frame of mind. It gets easier the more often you do it, but still requires effort on your part.

I think it was about 6 months after we started playing with chastity my wife understood the power of my orgasm over me. You know what works WONDERS for this? I'm sure you do - locking RIGHT back into the cage AO. I'm fortunate @MrsLockNkey gives me a 10-15 minutes window to clean up and "compose myself" before I re-lock. But it happens after every one.
