I think the punishment should make him uncomfortable and be awkward or otherwise difficult to handle, similar to how he has made you feel. You can make him wear something under his clothes for a week, such as tights, or a girdle or body shaper where he has to undress to pee like a woman does. A bra could be uncomfortable and humiliating. Perhaps just a thick sweater in warmer weather or something similar to what you have had to wear to cover up the mark.
