We already (here in Oz) give free guide dogs to Tories out of sheer compassion; us Commie/Lefties are way too wise to fall for that tired old 'free owl' trick. My utopian vision (code for 'common sense') also includes a world-wide ban on animal transport ships, compulsory vegetarianism and severe penalties for saying 'Have a nice day!'

Female leadership? Animal Welfare? World Peace? No NRA (the most obscene terrorist organisation on the planet)? Vegetarianism? Mindless insincerity?
