   I saw this add-on available for Steelworxx devices. It looks like a glans retention ring but with a plug. Has anyone used this before? Does it function like a retention ring to prevent pullout?

   A retention ring only can be defeated using the stocking trick.
   If the plug is combined with the ring, it is imaginable to get out, but never back again.
