Plastic smells bad very quickly if not washed carefully every few days, metal is a bit more forgiving. The ones with bars rather than tubes will be easier to clean generally, that goes for plastic too I suppose.

If you wanted 'permanent' chastity, I'm thinking you would need to be pierced to use a cage....? Pretty much any cage secured without a piercing is simple enough to escape from by pulling out....?

Then you would have no way of escape other than using tools...?

What about a full belt too....? A Neosteel or the like....?

I cannot resist saying this so please forgive me. The best thing for permanent chastity is a long term marriage. No locks needed as it will cost you half of what you own to escape plus lawyer fees and child support. You can get out of a chastity device much quicker and cheaper than this. Yep I agree with V I also use a small Chinese Metal and its very comfortable and secure with my anti pullout addition.

 

A full belt was worn by my husband, but it needed to be removed for deep cleaning at least once a week. He went longer, but I never thought it was a good idea. A simple solid stainless steel tube can be cleaned with q-tips, liquid soap, and a hand held shower head and never needs to be removed. Years if I so choose. The hassle free low maintenance is ideal.

 

Yes keeping your bitch in a device 24/7/365 is possible and practical using the right steel cage device and ring combination. The main error people make is using a base ring thats too tight it then causes chaffing on the sac meaning removal for healing is required not what mistress wants to hear but get the combo right and maybe with an anti pullout (see my photos) and your set for locking the little bitch down for good.

 

I have to agree with MistressL. The Lori number 5 does seem to be the most inescapable, practical and maintenance free devices I've ever come across.. It's never been my cup of tea because I'm not one for having my sub PA pierced. If I was then that would be the jewellery he would wear for me without a doubt.

That having been said, I would suggest any of the fine cages from Mature Metal or a Lori device (I lean toward the#5) I have no affiliation with either organization. I would seriously suggest a PA piercing no matter what device is used. A ring locked to a device is hard to get past when trying to escape.

Everything Mistress L has said is true. The Lori's #5 is escape proof and orgasm proof if you have the right sized diameter tube it will not allow you to achieve a release. Even with an Hitachi because the device is so heavy the vibrations are not transferred. D has kept me locked in ours for 2 * 1 year periods, the device is comfortable and can be cleaned easily in the shower, so being unlocked becomes completely unnecessary.
