How long do you have it on each time?
I wore a genuine one for a week in 2021. My body could never get accustomed to the ring (which cannot be said about any other type of cage.)

I also have the genuine. I have worn it for 3 days. the big trick is matching the right ring with the right gap for a good fit
yes I did remove to shower and clean both my cock and cage.
I wear the large ring and no spacer

I see. I have a better trick. Throw it away and order a better cage.
I have now worn my BAWR continuously for 4 weeks straight without removal (at all.) I’m not even saying that custom is the only way, I could easily wear my house of denial cage for weeks on end.
I could not do that in a CB cage.
 
my other favorite is a cobra knock off. that is whats been on since thursday morning. I can wear that for the longest time.
