I have read many people praise Mature Metal for their excellent service and prompt responses. However, I sent an email to Mature Metal 4 days ago and have not received a reply. I wonder if I did something wrong, or I'm I being too impatient.
Since you wrote this on a Sunday, four days ago is really only two business days. I think you may be a little impatient.
I had something similar happen, but they replied back to me extremely quickly... I just didn't see it cause it ended up in my spam folder. I felt like an ass...

If anyone ever has an issue with the timeframe in answering an email, please give us a call 432-352-6634. Depending on the time the email arrives, it may be the next day that we get to answer it. Usually they are answered within a few hours. Thanks M MM and william
