Perhaps that's why the popup chat is so popular, because of the privacy. Also, it's little wonder that caging a male makes them need attention. Without their "sausage" to play with, they lose their playtoy.

 

Yes indeed... most of us no longer have sausages to wave! The ladies here are doing the sausage waving, with our own sausages in their little cages.

Maybe if a thread is to be restricted - just request it with Title [Ladies ONLY - NO sausages READING/WRITING] whichever you prefer. It's only a preference. Only an idea.

Just to try out the idea. On some forums the 'house style' is anything and everything goes - indeed, one forum I used to frequent had an unofficial 'derail the thread as soon as possible' policy, which made for some hilarious threads. Another (same small interest topic as the other one as it goes) had a strict policy of the OP naming the purpose of the thread and anything off topic or out of line with the stated purpose got modded heavily.

There's no reason the latter shouldn't work here, though it would be nice if the readers did some self policing in that respect. You never know, it might be interesting. We might learn something here and there.
