Hello Everyone,
I am 56 years old and starting into real life D/s relationship I hope. I live on the West Coast of the US. I am under consideration from a Domme and she would like to lock me up. I also would love to lock myself up for her. I was lead to this site by doing a google search to solve a problem I have with some cages I an bought. I only have one testicle (missing the left side) and my right side seems larger then normal. So I looking for advice and help.

Looking forward to learning more about chasity and getting to know people
 
My guess is that one testicle would still work for a ball trap device, especially if it is large. Now you need to determine your measurements and get something ordered. Good luck!

You could add a belt?
I prefer having Dom/KH do the locking. It fulfills the need that is deep in our subconscious
 
I don't think having a ball cage on the device will really make a difference as to whether one testicle will be enough to hold the device in place. Probably best to take some measurements, so you get the right base ring size, and then buy one and try it. You may need to try several to get one that is comfortable and fits right (we've all been there, even if we have 2 balls). But, if you strike out, you could consider getting a PA or a belt.
 
I also have only 1 ball and after buying and trying and failing on many, I finally bought one with various sizes of metal rings and the smallest ring would keep it on until I went to sleep, then fall off overnight. I was able to put the ring into a vise and bend it into an oblong shape which made it difficult to get on, but it never comes off. You will find lots of metal cages with various size metal rings on eBay.
