We've gone through some books to give ideas, and ultimately it has worked best when she does what she likes, based on how I respond to different things that bring her the best results. My attention and sexual energy focused on her by doing things she can relate to and feels comfortable with. And that's always expanding as she learns more and feels more comfortable. Books have generally been overwhelming, though sometimes offering good things she can relate to.
