My wife has bee looking at the inverted cages, oh no! She told me to find out about them. So will you need a larger base ring since as she put it ( you will be all squished in) . How long can that be worn. I mentioned that that would be up to me, for comfort etc... So for those that have them any pros & cons would be appreciated.
yes. I bought one. My usual size ring. Used it once. As I have loose dangly balls I thought it might be more secure but I could still pull out without a lot of effort. It was far more comfortable than I thought it was going to be, Ok there, but the big problem came with urinating. It went EVERYWHERE even though I was sitting down. When you are wearing one of those there is nothing at all to give the urine direction. It was just like a shower head.

I've only been locked in inverted cages since last October. I've had 3 different types, including the one referenced on Ali express above with the attachable dildo. I've had flexible and solid urethral tubes, and one with a dome cup that fits over my glans, and my foreskin rolls up over the outside. All have been problematic for urination. The tubes don't seal in my urethra, and I get significant blow by, making my pee go everywhere under the cage The cup design nearly works, but the diameter of the hole through the middle is too small to cope with my urine flow rate and consequently the pressure builds and leaks out between the cup and my foreskin, again, leaking urine behind the front plate. The cup one is the most comfortable and I don't back out accidentally when bending over. The flexible tube wouldn't let me back out, but it witheld urine for hours and would leak out at inopportune moments. The solid tube ones - I had a short tube that I would back out of when bending sometimes, that was very uncomfortable. I got a longer tube and that was uncomfortable all the time. I'm continuing to use the dome/cup one from AliExpress, but it requires daily unlocking for hygiene. I have photos in my gallery.
I tried one together with a tether spot. Urination is a mess. These devices are toys for short time wear.

I have been locked in an inverted device for about 6 mo. It is most comfortable, secure, and there is no way to access the little thing while locked. I am not locked continuously, but it is so comfortable that being locked for a few days is no problem. It was purchased from D H Gate, not expensive, has only one screw, and does the job.
Yup I have had same experience with all of them my go to is a flat cage with a short stem from pressed in to align the hole still some dribble but not nearly as bad as a sprinkler. I mix and match pieces from all different cages. Most comfortable hands down is a flat design from lockthecock
well i like my little inverty cage cos its nice and comfy and dont hurt like cages with bars on them. i cant see my little willy no more and i think thats better. but i think that they are only really meaned for teeny willys.
