    I just got my first inverted cage and I have to say it rocks. No pulling out, no manipulation and a certain amount of stimulation for the necessary urethra sound. I advise going one size down for the base ring

    I've tried two just like that with different length solid tubes. Urinating in both was a disaster.

    The longer tube was too deep and uncomfortable . I could accidentally turtle off of the shorter tube when bending over, which meant the end stabbed into my glans, missing the urethral opening when I stood up. Not comfortable.

    Hi everyone, I bought an inverted cage with a urethal pin, after sleeping in it one night I woke up with my cock hanging out, it basically automatically freed itself from the cage during the night and the cage was only held in place by the balls. Has this ever happened to any of you?

    I've backed out of one inverted cage with a short solid urethral tube when bending over.

    I use a waist strap to keep the cage from pulling down and it keeps it close to my body. That helps a lot.
