Is this too tight?

    Hello, newbie here. I have just started wearing the dark cobra chastity (small), and am worried that I might be restricting blood flow to my testicles or causing other damages. It is difficult to get my penis in the cage, I have to use a Q-tip to wiggle it in and peeing hurts a big (the underside of the penis cage presses against the urethra a bit). My balls ached at first (like if I got hit in the balls) when I started with the 52 mm ring but then went down to a 48 to try and prevent slippage and it actually feels better. Is this normal? I have attached pictures, please let me know if you think this is a proper fit or if it is too tight. Thank you!

    Doesn't look like there is discoloration of your balls so the ring looks okay. Your cage could be a bit shorter IMO. Lube up your penis and it'll slide right in.

    Thanks all for the helpful replies! After doing some more research, I think the gap is a bit small for my balls because they sit a bit more high and tight. However, I really enjoy having it on and there is no pain. Maybe just very slight aching after I take it off. I will try it a little bit each day and I hope my body adjusts. I just don't want to cause any permanent damage

    If there is no pain, you have no discolouration, and there not cold, then it should be fine. How long had you been wearing the device when you took the pics? If it was tight enough to cause any blood restriction then you would have had seen a change in colour in minutes. It will take time for your body to become accustomed to the cage, we have all been there, enjoy!

    I had been wearing the device for maybe half an hour to an hour. After another couple of hours I noticed that my balls were redder than usual, but not purple or blue. Glad to know it takes time to get accustomed and maybe its just my nerves making me worried, thank you

    I went back to the 52mm ring and have been wearing it the whole day, no pain or discomfort and can barely tell it's there, and no redness in my balls. I also ordered a cheaper UTIMI metal one off of amazon with a bit better measurements for myself, so I can adjust it a bit. Thanks for the advice

    a bit of redness is to be expected as the device is holding your balls further from your body than normal, it’s all part of your body adjusting to the restriction of the device. As mentioned the main thing is that there not cold.

    If you’re new to this, your body will take time to adjust. Wear for short periods of time initially, then gradually increase. Then try overnight, etc.

    Assuming the fit is ok (which it looks to be), over a week or so you should be able to get to the point where you can wear for days/weeks. Just take your time, don’t be impatient.

    I have been taking my time with it and it feels a lot better now. I can wear it without much problem. However, I just got the UTIMI metal cage from Amazon and it has a bigger gap and doesn’t squeeze my balls as much. I think I’m going to stick with this one as it feels much better and fits me better.     There are a lot of general rules of thumb for sizing and what not. I'd look at mature metals rules for measuring. They seem to have the most accurate guidelines. Now obviously those are for their devices but I feel they are the best all around guide for measuring. Take with a grain of salt and apply it as best you can to your device and what they offer size wise. But as a general rule you should be able to get the top of your finger under the ring with out too much effort. If you're able to get up to your second knuckle the ring is prob too big. If you have to really try to get your finger tip under and really press you penis down then it's prob too small.

    If it's first time wearing it wear only for a few hours and watch what your body does. Then maybe wear it for double the time and then maybe a full work day etc slowly building up the time more and more and again all while taking note of what your feeling and what your body is doing and looking like.
