So long story short, I have some pretty loose balls. So much so, that even though my cage is small enough, whenever my balls relax and get loose, my cage essentially falls off and hangs from my balls. I can fully touch my cock, and even cum if I want to. That is no good! I need to be fully secured, and I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with this issue before and how I might be able to fix it
 
You need a full belt or to get a pa piercing. I have the same issue, by the end of the day the boys are hanging pretty low making it very easy to pull out of a standard ball trap cage. My goddess didn’t want me pierced so we went with the belt... no regrets at all. I wear a Behind Bars belt, very nice quality, very tolerable to wear long term.

I would agree that a PA would be a solution, but if a balltrap device or something like a Lori 5 would be a better solution I can not say. Especially as I do not know how a non ball-trap like this lori might effect migration...
 
A PA might work but I would be worried that the entire weight of the cage could bear down on the piercing, which could be very painful and, at the very least, uncomfortable.

The suggestion of a full belt seems a better solution as the weight is taken round the waist where it would not be noticed,
 
Before I got into chastity I did a lot of ball stretching.

A Prince Albert does work for my ball trap Contender cage with the optional piercing upgrade from MaleChastityNow. It’s a well balanced design and doesn’t draw down. You can get a custom ball gap which may help you with proper fit. He can help you tweak the gap as well.

A Prince Albert works great for the shaft-only GlansArmor2 also from MaleChastityNow. It’s the device I’m currently locked up in (though my keyholding wife was promised to put me back in the Contender next week). I spent half the hours of 2019 in the GlansArmor2, though I have many cages (Lori, MM, Steelworxx, chinese, etc). It’s my wife’s favorite.

I like steel. I like devices with fixed pins, rather than floating rings that can cause pinches and let me move around in the cage. I like the open design for cleanliness and low weight. All that with the consistently great service and careful execution from Mark keeps bringing me back to MaleChastityNow.
