#1. No the rubbing as not gone away totally but it is getting better each day. I think in the near future it will not even be noticeable. Sitting on a hard surface dose mean you are sitting on the band that goes between your legs and the band then put pressure on the waist band, but not in a painful way.

It is a big jump from a cage to a full belt and not to be taken lightly.
