Hey just thought I’d share I picked up a titanium BA 25. Great quality work. The PA came a little further back than expected so I had to move it forward. Here are the specs…


Chastity Cage Overall Length: 60

Penis Tube Inner Diameter: 35

Base Ring Inner Diameter: 43 ergonomic

Base Ring Quantity: cage with 1 piece of base ring

Security Accessory: normal PA hook for the circumcised

fill the further information into below textbox: PA gauge and PA depth: 4G 15MM hollow

Haven’t worn it much but as far as I can tell if you get your measurements right BAWR is a huge value, especially for titanium.

It does look great. I asked about getting one with the gold. Do you mind me asking how much that cost? I asked, and I'm sure they'll tell me, but I'm curious now. I also asked if they can do a dual base ring. I currrently have a Queens Keep from Mature metal with a dual base ring. I love the cage, but it's stainless and I've found out I'm allergic to Nickel. Ouch.

So, how's it feel after a week?

It was $400. Just put in the order and if there is an extra charge for the double ring it shouldn’t be much. Besides being hypoallergenic the titanium is way lighter. For the $100 price difference if you actually want to wear it alot it is a no brainer.

My two critiques on this cage is that it came with the PA too far back so I would plan on giving them a measurement about 5mm less than you think for the PA and then the head of this cage is very wide and not anatomically shaped. Given the stuff that I have made has all been perfectly shaped to my body, I might be a little picky here but it definitely can’t be beat for the price and it is super light weight. It took 2 months from order to delivered.

It is very odd that the PA setback was incorrect. I've ordered two cages from BAW, and both mine had the PA setback exactly as I requested, to the mm. So, although it seems like an error was made here, I don't think we can assume the exact same error will be made on all orders. If an error is made, I'd suggest it should be reported to BAW and they should make it right - either by having you send the cage back for mod, or by making a new one.

It’s pretty light! Here are some weights of this device and some others for comparison.

BA 25 with PA TI. 98g
Looker with PA SS. 173g
Steel heart no PA SS. 207g
CB 6000 with lock 80g
My 3d printed TI PA tube 43g

BAWR has lighter designs than the 25 as well so some would definitely be less weight. Pretty close to the plastic device weight and around half the weight of the SS ones. That weight difference is extremely noticeable when wearing!

Thx. I just got my contender which is pretty light but I think a BA-28 would make a nice second cage.

Personally, I prefer the "heft" of my SS BAWR cage. I even asked for thicker-gauge wire for the tube, and he complied. I like being reminded it's there as often as possible, and having this substantial thing moving around, even with supporting underwear, is erotic and helps me feel the feelings I want to feel WRT enforced chastity.

So: other than weight, are their other reasons that make Ti a no-brainer? Thanks

Great, thank you. The way it feels could be a big improvement. Every cage I have ever worn causes issues where my skin has to fold over itself to get through the base ring. Lots of lube, applied more than once a day, is the only way to keep things healthy and not burning on fire. I wish I could know in advance whether Ti would change that.

for those who don’t know, FYI titanium can’t be ‘bent’

I was able to make small changes to my MM SS Jailbird ball gap by bending the prong of the ring in a vice, but BAWR titanium is non user adjustable

Thanks! It may well be. And since I am actively trying to get the size right for a BAWR cage with a glans ring, I have the chance to up-size. My resin test cage is 55mm, up from 50.

The main advantages would be weight (important to many but to each their own), nickel allergies, and anodizing. Perhaps corrosion resistance too if someone was swimming in saltwater all the time but whatever lock you have would be a problem first.

FYI if you really need to bend it, it can be bent under heating. Like with a torch. I strongly suggest not wearing it during that process. ;-)

I've been wearing a titanium BA-28 with PA hook for about 10 months. It is open enough to properly clean while wearing it, and extremely comfortable. I haven't dared tell my wife this yet, but from a cleanliness and comfort perspective, I think I could wear this cage indefinitely with a need to remove it.

Nice that is what I like to here. I think the only thing I would do different on the 28 is to add few small bars to close of the tip a bit. But maybe it's not needed.

Which locking device did you get? I ordered the proprietary locking screw. Did you have it anodized?
 
I have a titanium BA28 & the only thing I’d want to change about it is the pee gap at the front could be a little wider for me.

The front of the BA03 looks better in this respect IMO - I’m thinking about one of those (sized down) with a flat round ring.
