I am currently wearing a steelworxx steelheart 2 with plug. problem-free in itself, but sometimes the plug at the A ring irritates, especially when sleeping. now I'm thinking about getting a PA fixation. in combination with a steelworxx looker 01 or 02. I still have the foreskin. is a looker 01 recommended? and is a PA fixation more comfortable than a plug. or to wear for a long time? any answers are welcome
I use a custom made tether spout with 30 mm length. This could be an option. It works for me in a Looker 2 and two different sized Steelhearts. You find information here when searching for tether spout. Installing is a bit tricky. As I am also uncut PA and Frenum fixation did not work longterm.
I wear a Looker 02 with a Securo type locking pin. I have worn it for periods up to 6 months, and non stop for 3 to 4 weeks without issue. I've written a review on it within this site. The loose locks that go through the piercing and out of the end of the tube- I have read, cause constant pinching. Can't comment on the tether spout. If you're pierced already, go for the security screw.
