I swear by the cherry keeper with Headlock. It really works well for me. I am small when flaccid, about 5" when erect (which only happens when I'm allowed, of course). Without the headlock I can feel my penis retract completely. I wear tight underwear (actually ladies lycra boyshorts) so it's usually not a problem but one morning when I was in the non-headlock cage I woke up and my penis had escaped and was standing up fully erect ouside and above the cage. I told her later about it and she told me to put more guards on the jail cell. Headlock was the answer.
I now use the XL headlock cage and it's working very well. I also have an even larger headlock (smaller opening), "Extreme Headlock" so to speak, that works better but is a challenge to put on. I like them both and use them interchangeably based on her desires for my containment.
I do find with cherry keeper that if you order the lower priced material that you have to do some smoothing of the plastic on the ring to avoid irritation. I intend to order the higher end smoother version of the ring once I decide I have the very best fit. For now I've done some sanding to get it smooth enough to wear.

Sorry to say, but the polished and dyed versions do require some sanding as well - there's no "smooth as metal" option available. I do have samples coming from other manufacturers with different options to see what can be done about that. I'm also working out details for a "concierge" option that will include hand finishing and custom dying, but that's still a bit of a ways off.
If you mean a Cherry Keeper and you purchased it today and checked out as a guest, you should double check your order, you need a cage and a ring. I saw an order come through that was JUST a cage!
