I do not know of a book but I will share my rules. The most important rule: Obey. This means immediately and without hesitation. you may not stop and think about whether it is something you want to do. Any hesitation will result in a severe spanking followed by a repeat of the order. If your Owner tells you you may speak freely, you may express your opinion including your concerns about any order She has given you. A slave may speak freely without expressed permission if the slave feels the Owner's safety or well-being is at stake. your Owner's pleasure always comes first. you must always show respect to all Women. All Women are your superiors. you must obey any command given to you by any Woman or Girl unless you feel your Owner would not approve.
