About a month or 2 ago I woke up after a full night of sleep and came. I have many times woken up to the feeling of a stream of pre cum leaking out but this was different. I ejaculated a load of sperm but didn't feel any pleasure and afterwards my energy level was generally unaffected. Does this sound like a ruined orgasn?

This sounds more like a wet dream than a ruined orgasm. You don’t need to be fully asleep to get a wet dream, contrary to popular belief.

A ruined orgasm is brought through sexual arousal & excitement and physical stimulation stops just before a full climax is achieved, hence the term “Ruined orgasm”.

That’s the difference between the two.

It’s not usual to have a daytime wet dream but they do happen and my understanding is it’s more likely to happen when you first wake up because of “morning wood”

My body does something a bit different... When it really want to release a backed up load, it'll make me super crazy horny and I start swelling in my cage and if it's intense enough, then the throbbing of my cock against the cage itself is just enough physical stimulation to push me over the edge and make me shoot my load. I get exactly this after about 3 or 4 weeks, usually when first waking or after a nap. Its very odd feels great for a split second and a single pump of jizz only much stickier, no drop or relief, I don't think its a wet dream or a ruined O, not sure quite what it is.
