Make him clean the basement and garage.

 

if he is a big hairy man You cud make him have to wear a tutu. when he is cleaning tha garage as well.

 

Silent treatment does it for me everytime. Not happened since we started down the chastity route, but in about 20 years of marraige, there has been a few occasions where she hasn't spoken to me in 3-4 days (beyond Hi, Bye and a "peck kiss"), hate it.

 

would removal of the cage and FLR activities count as a punishment?

I know I actively look to wear my cage the majority of the time with the exception being 1 night a week for sport, or where Mrs Sen wants to play the next morning and prefers to let the area settle overnight so all looks normal for her enjoyment.

If she was to put an end to the cage and me trying to serve her, it would be difficult to take

 

Tie him in an ice bath or a cold morning shower . I trained my body to take cold showers in the morning , but an ice bath was a real punishment .I was not allowed
to ask or beg at all . I just had to stay in and take it until she let me out . Often as long as 10 minuets .
