    It looks like a knock off copy of one of the devices from Evotion Wearables.

    That's a knockoff of the "Cage 8" from Evotion Wearables, yes. Go with the genuine product, you'll be much better off (though they are pricey).

    I'd also recommend looking into their much more popular newer model, the Orion (like what I have in my profile pic). SUPER comfortable.

    I have an Ali knockoff of the cage 8. IMO, very comfortable, once you get in on. It was kinda fiddly to put on, though.The one I got came with two bottom plates, one with a PA pin, one without. Since I'm not pierced, that choice was sorta made for me. Also came with 3 rings, the usual sizes- way too small, too small, and too big. That said, with the large ring, it was remarkably comfortable, if not remarkably secure.
    Obviously, if you do have a PA piercing, that becomes a non-issue. You could probably even wear just the tube, without the ring...
