Not quite, as there is no victims and no aggressors involved, unless you see a sexual fetish shared between two consenting adults as abuse followed by the sympathy for the dominant. I do view it as being in a routine and once that routine is broken it requires some form of mental adjustment, for example if you carry your wallet everywhere everyday for years then once you go out without it intentionally then you are constantly aware of it missing and have some feeling of mental discomfort wishing you still had it on your person.
