Who make this?

I'm still searching for a high-quality cage that is stealthy (per Wife's command). So when I see something that looks like it might work, and I don't know who makes it, arrrrgh!
 
Mines very similar. Found it on lock the cock originally. Believe same one is on amazon a little cheaper.
