Your ideal orgasm frequency

I voted for "Full orgasm 1-4 times per year, more frequent ruined or milking", but honestly I am not sure. I do not know myself good enough and have not been in chastity long enough to be sure.

But that's my guess. Full O 1-4 per year sounds right, maybe closer to 1 than to 4.
As for the ruining, I believe I need it more often. I get my sexual pleasure from pleasuring my KH and I realised I get grumpy when it's been more than a few days without providing oral. Which basically happens every 4 weeks. Actually we tried during that time, but she can not relax good enough.
So ruin every 4 weeks feels like a mental need for me.

A delicate balance. Long denial will increase the drop, shorter lock ups don’t give enough of the positive effects over time. No orgasm at all and eventually the denial will become normality and those positive vibes won’t live on forever.

Reality however is: Being locked as of 1st of April '23 (8months, 28days/ PA custom cage):
