My domme and I have agreed on a "property of" tattoo that will be placed on my groin above my locked penis. I have a physically demanding job with jeans being part of the dress code. I understand that recovery requires either loose fitting clothes or no clothes covering the tattoo part of the body but it just doesn't seem possible for me. For those of you who have had tattoos in this part of the body, how was recovery and how did you handle the issue of friction from pants?
after the first day / night, I have not found clothes to be an issue with tattoo healing. Keep it covered with Aquaphor healing ointment or similar product. Cant wait to see you new ink.
Keep it uncovered & moisturised when you're at home. If you're really worried about it, you could experiment with elastoplast, dressings & tape so your clothes aren't directly rubbing on the tatt but the skin can still breathe. As @locked17 said though I've never had a problem with tatts healing even when I've taken liberties with them.
not had a tattoo there but I don't think it'll be a problem, to be honest. As cuckster says, you don't really get too much problem with it healing. It kind of looks after itself.
