Thanks hollytv for finding one of the lost images of this thread. I too tried Google's cached pages. The Internet Archive Wayback page did not turn up any.

This answered one of my questions and was very helpful.

 

What a wonderful well written article, but it's very difficult to imagine how to do some of the measurements without the pictures. Unfortunately it looks as if we have lost the author as well..

You don't need superhuman effort and hours either to escape a BTD. You need lube and self determination.

When I decided to escape I did it in 15 minutes to figure out to pullout and to get back in... perfectly. Now I do it in 45 seconds.

I own a colection of Jail Birds (5) each smaler then the previous. I went from a 2" base ring to a 1 5/8" and the only thing I could increase was pain to use it and pain during morning woods. I spent money and time proving PansyTart correct.

My time figures above is when using the smallest of devices.

So, do I totaly agree with PansyTart?
No... Almost yes.

What I do like on his method is that it is based on practical experiences that, some of them, I went through. Because of that I take his advice on things that I don't know.

Practical experience vs. Theoretical experience (very common in the net).

Even "experience" is something questionable because it depends on one's denial.

I wish I had seen this thread before I ordered my jailbird. I couldn't wear it at night because of the morning wood pain. I found this thread and slept with a different size measuring A ring. I ended up ordering a larger A ring and now I sleep pain free in my jailbird.

When I ordered my Looker1 I took Dietmars advice and took length measurments (base to tip) over a few days to estimate the smallest my penis retracted too. For me it was 7cm I then subtracted 1.5cm so that the overall length of the device including the basering is now 5.5cm and my penis never retracts away from the end of the cage. Its a perfect fit and because it stays pushed up against the end of the cage it is not sliding up and down the urethral insert so is more comfortable.
I have found that the smaller the cage you are fitted with the smaller your penis eventually shrinks too while in the cage.
Smaller is better IMO.

I know the smell, all too well

I work a very physical job and I have this happen. My cages are all proper fitting but its inescapable due to perspiration. I have to come straight home and shower and it doesn't always happen! Any suggestions?

 

As several others say here this is a great guide, but I really miss the pictures!!

All the pictures in the original post are gone. I get a 502 error when I try to view them. I'm confused what you mean by the "stocking" technique.

 

it means that putting a willy into a stocking and then pull it all into a cage and when the willy is all in the cage you can then pull the stocking out. and then you in the cage all nice.
