Size Issue with Watchful Mistress NSFW

I recently purchased a Watchful Mistress from Mature Metal and followed the sizing instructions with the sizing rings. I measured the circumference behind the glands. When I put the cage on, the head of the penis bulges out and pulls the head back so the urethra doesn't line up with the bars properly and the tip doesnt reach the end.

Does anyone know if this is something they can fix? Or did I measure improperly? I really dont want to have to try to sell it and wait for another to be built.

Looking at your pics, you may be a little erect? If you think its to long, they can shorten it. I have a jailbird, i sent it back for mods. They removed the top horizontal bar at the tip. That made a huge difference. Its much easier to stand to piss. And theres no pinching bar against my piss hole.

well i have had a look at it and you got a nice big knob end and your cage has not got a lot of bar thingys where the bottom of your knob is and that why it all sticky out a bit i think.

I don't think it's too long and I was not erect at all. I like the idea of removing the horizontal bar. But my main issue is the bottom of the head that sticks out, which kinda causes it to pull back
 
I think it may be too short actually.
What length did you order.
And sending it back to remove the top bar/bottom bar, or both, will help.
I have a queens keep and my pee hole is never lined up proper. I have to nudge it into place.
This is easily fixed by removal of a bar.
But your head seems to be too close to the gap on top of that
 
After taking a closer look, I think it is not too short as I originally thought.
As someone else mentioned, the diameter may be too small.
There is also the possibility that this cage might not work with your body.
MM cages are great, and they look phenomenal too. But everyone is built differently. It makes perfect sense that even such a high end cage is not going to work for a select few people.
Maybe you are just in that minority.
Don’t give up though. I bet you can figure it out in time, whether it’s going to work long term or not.

The original poster has a distinctively mushroom shaped penis versus a pencil shaped penis then cages will likely fit you very differently. You appear to have a large glans size, with very pronounced corona and deep sulcus.
