As often as my wife demands me to wear it and for however long she feels i need to be locked inside it. We use it more nowadays as a reminder of who has the control or as a result of an occasional slip on my part when i need to be reminded of the state i could find myself in should she decide i need reminding
Still trying to get use to mine and to get the right set up. I am generally self locked however locked in this beautiful crafted belt is a pleasure anyway. My wife has held the key on occasions to my other devices but gradually i hope this will become more regular as her confidence grows.
