Chastity belt inspired... Clothing?

    Hey all. I'm single and sometimes I just prefer being uncaged, but I still want to restrict myself from self-stimulating during these periods. While home alone, my hands can take on a mind of their own and may migrate lower between my clothing, providing me with that all familiar comforting feeling (think Al Bundy? :) ). I was wondering about other solutions related to clothing/fabrics for breaking this habit, that are usable with or without the help of a formal chastity device. Obviously there may be less security, but I think it would help serve as another deterrent and commitment.

    I think wearing thicker fabrics and looser fitting clothing would probably be ideal. Remaining fully dressed for the day and wearing lots of layers might be the simplest solution, but there could be other possibilities too. I'd love to hear about your experiences, ideas, and suggestions.

    My first idea involves wearing a one-piece pair of long underwear (also called a union suit, thermals, long johns, etc.). I like this option because it limits hand-to-skin access from below the neck and above the ankles. It would be preferable if the zipper/buttons were on the back side only.

    My other idea involves wearing pants, shorts, swim trunks, or even underwear with a drawstring waist. The drawstring could be tightened and limit hand-to-skin access as above, although a lot of tightness may make it less comfortable to wear. It would be preferable without a button/zipper fly in the front.

    @Brooke the Sissy. Just a suggestion here, but the clothing probably isn't the problem. It's a mind thing. If you don't want to ..., then don't. Remember: Free advice is usually worth what you pay for it.

    Warmth from all the clothing can also be an issue. You don't want to be all sweaty down there, and that will mean regular showers defeating the point of wearing the clothes to limit access.

    @Brooke the Sissy. You refer to a "wrestling singlet/leotard." I have worn compression shorts during workouts and tights-particularly during yoga classes. Believe me, tight clothing like that is not an impediment if you want to pleasure yourself. Good luck, nonetheless.

    Tucked is when i go out and its hiding all men bits away. i put my cherries back inside me and my pee pee is all hid between my legs with some tape and it makes me nice and flat in front.

    I am not circumcised.     Hey all, I'm still tinkering with different combinations for my idea, but here's my current basic setup. It consists of onesie pajamas, worn over drawstring shorts, worn over a one-piece bathing suit. Here's an image I made, sorry for the rough quality!

    Anyway, I feel a little bit silly wearing the whole outfit together; it's kinda like wearing a chastity spacesuit (does this make me chastronaut?). However, I think it offers a pretty nice chastity-lite experience. It's obviously not going to stop someone from pleasuring themselves, but you're still throwing up some barriers of clothing between being able to full on masturbate. It's much more challenging to reach your hand inside compared to just wearing regular clothing. Also, you could always wear a chastity cage with you underneath. I already owned some of these clothing articles, so I ended up not having to spend much extra. The pajama I bought also has a dropseat in the back which gives other activity options too :)

    Ever had a problem getting them back out ?? i only did it once and my left fella took ages to drop, and when he did, i felt like id been kicked in the dangly bits.. put me off doing it again

    FWIW, a lot of changes have taken place in plausible public wear. Fitness wear, including tights or leggings (by both genders), are seen regularly. Sweatpants and sweatshirts have become acceptable, and dare I say trendy in some situations. For me, pajamas are a definite No. But, each to his own.

    My premise wasn't really intended to include public wear, just for lounging around at home. I figure it helps keep you out of trouble by slightly restricting access, which sometimes is enough of an edge before your self control takes over.

    another alternative in the house is to wear a collar and wrist cuffs, with a chain connecting them so you can't get your hands lower than your waist. They're still free to do things, and you can bend down to pick stuff up, but you can't reach your tackle.
    Or put a sports protective box inside your underwear, being hard you then can't just feel through soft clothing.
